Japke is a 5 year old Studbook mare ( 3e premie). This Tetse x Rypke mare measures about 168 cm, that is 16.2 hands---quite tall for a mare [that is those TALL Rypke genes at work:)].

She is an excellent dressage horse! Japke has competed quite successfully at all breed dressage competitions.... And she is currently L1 dressage with 10 points (First Level).

Many times at the competitions, Japke goes home with FIRST PLACE ribbons:)

Furthermore, she was awarded - 1st place at " Jonge Friese Paarden met Dressuuraanleg" in Drachten a dressage competition specifically for young talented dressage horses.Her scores were phenomenal: (walk 7, trot 7,5, canter 8!! ) The Judges were so impressed with this talented young mare, she received an invitation to the finals at the " Centrale Keuring".

Thus Japke is a young friesian mare with much dressage experience. She is very easy to handle and always willing to please. She was only offered for sale because her young rider is going to study abroad.

Everyone is looking for this kind of mare....beautiful, ideal conformation, willing to work and NOT lazy, and with the SO sought after dressage show experience, accumulating 10 points in L1 dressage!!!  Japke easily lengthens  her stride in the trot, and stretches nicely on a long rein, knows leg yields, and has a very easy to sit trot.

Japke is a beautiful Tetse daughter, out of a Rypke mare, showing the distinct heritage of her sire and grand sire in an impeccably quiet and cooperative disposition. This attractive young mare has a gorgeous topline and lots of hair! She has been professionally trained in dressage and she is safe to ride for your child or your grandma---look at the pictures of Japke frolicking in the ocean!

Japke is an ideal mare for a combination of pleasure horse/dressage horse, and we just bred her to the newly approved stallion in Europe, Maurus 411!!!! She has not had any previous foals, as she has been busy competing in dressage, but get your foaling stall ready...Japke will give you a wonderful friesian foal next summer:)
