Edzer is a reasonably priced, sweet, kind, easy going Friesian gelding with a nice thick mane and tail. He has the SO sought after competition experience, competing at L1 Level dressage, comparable to our First Level.

He is sired by ULKE 338 and out of a STER mare by Gaije (born 03-11-2001) with an excellent pedigree, and he stands exactly 16.0 hands tall or 163 cm. Edzer was a 1st premie foal!!!!

It is nearly impossible to find good looking, easy for everyone to ride, 7 yr old fresian geldings with MUCH EXPERIENCE under saddle and in different settings,and competing at dressage competitions. Edzer HAS the VERY sought after show experience, presently competing at L1 level dressage, which is our Level One [First level].

He has three excellent supple gaits, is a willing worker, and VERY reliable in every different setting, and with children. He has been owned by the same family in the Netherlands for the last 4 years, and is really a nice family horse----when the mom isn't competing with him, her 12 yr old daughter enjoys her time pleasure riding him.

Edzer is a wonderful, kind, giving family horse that is just as at home out on the trail and in the woods, as he is in the competitive dressage arena. He is the kindest, sweetest, most willing partner you can imagine. Edzer is our TRAILMASTER, he spooks at nothing, and will take you ANYWHERE. His movement and conformation are ideal. He has 3 wonderful gaits, and dressage riders-you will like how comfortable Edzer is to sit. He is only being sold because his owner is acquiring a warmblood, and she doesn't have time to show two horses!

We like Edzer's uphill conformation, his jet black shiny coat, and his WONDERFUL disposition. Edzer would be an ideal choice for a novice, timid, or inexperienced rider, or child, or amateur adult, due to his willingness to please. And this is a very reasonably priced friesian gelding, making him an excellent first horse for some lucky home.

In the B class we had 30 points and several first prizes!!! I have just started L1 Level with him. Edzer gets along well with other horses. I have never had any problems with him. Always healthy. He is in very good condition! I'm training him 5/6 days per week. Once per week I have a one hour lesson. This is in a village near to where I live. I go there with my trailer and Edzer all by myself. I can tell you that Edzer is a horse with a golden character. He is definitely not lazy and wants to work for you. I have a daughter who is 12 years old and even she can ride Edzer." He likes it VERY MUCH when you scratch him on the right side of his neck and right side of his back behind the saddle...and he likes two sugars just before riding.

He is 100% healthy and has a thorough pre-purchase exam completed on May 5th, 2008.

Edzer does it all....he loads, clips, ties, bathes, trailers, stands for the farrier, and has no vices whatsoever. AND he is a real eye catcher, always receiving compliments at every dressage competition!
