Black Sterling is proud to offer the STER stallion, Wander,-one of the highest level dressage friesians currently competing in Europe, and soon to be in the United States as a gelding. This 7 yr old STER boy is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS and is fully papered [Ster-Ster-Ster-Ster]. Wander's sire is the well known approved FPS stallion Heinse 354, who has won numerous competitions in Holland, and now in the U.S., and produces impressive offspring [like Wander:)] for both dressage and driving. Wander is INCREDIBLE and has a curly mane and a wavy beautiful forelock. This is a RARE opportunity to own a solid 3rd-4th level friesian, who is uncomplicated, and easy for amateurs, and talented enough to please professionals.
Wander has been shown extensively on the dressage circuit in Europe, and this 7 yr old STER stallion [soon to be gelding] is also very experienced at winning sjees driving events. Over 7 weekends of competitions in the summer, he was the overall Champion, taking the 1st place honors 4 times. When Wander first entered Z level competitiions, he won at his very first show with an astounding 196 points! And he hasn't stopped winning. Thus, Wander has a lot of experience in all kinds of different settings; he is not spooky at all, and he has a great personality.
Let Wander be YOUR dressage schoolmaster. He can teach you shoulder in, hauches in, turn on the haunches, counter canter, simple changes, flying changes, rein back, half pass in trot and canter, and he has an exceptional extended trot.
Wander has enough points in Z1[3rd level] dressage to now start Z2 [4th level] . Wander is scheduled to compete in a Z2 dressage event in Europe on Feb 19, and then will be castrated annd flown to the U.S.

Wander has been busy racking up points in Z1 Level, which is the PROOF this is one upper level dressage horse that KNOWS his stuff!!! [comparable to our 3rd and 4th levels]. We can't tell you how HARD it is to find friesians that know flying lead changes, and have this kind of show record.....Wander is the exception. Points in Z1 level dressage PROVES he knows his stuff!
