This boy has fantastic dressage ability!! With the SO VERY sought after experience in upper level competition, Radisson is competing at Z2 level dressage with 11 points [comparable to our 4th level] in Europe, and consistently coming out on top! Schooling piaffe and passage, Rad does shoulders and haunches in, solid flying changes (3 changes are required in Z2 tests) leg yields, counter canter, etc, and this gelding is not only able to collect AND extend, he is enormously flexible at the poll and able to bend very nicely! With true fairytale appeal, and the movement, ambition, and track record of an accomplished dressage horse in the competitive arena, showing primarily against warmbloods, Radisson truly HAS IT ALL.
He is a lover boy on the ground, and eats up attention. Radisson LOVES his time hacking out on the trail, and he would also be an excellent schoolmaster for the person wanting a horse to help teach THEM!
We had a complete pre-purchase report WITH x-rays done this month, clean bill of health for this STER Gelding! Rad is a true opportunity for a serious dressage rider, and is also a kind, patient teacher for the person just learning.
This boy is a TRUE athletic sporthorse, but with LONG HAIR! His mane reaches to the ground, WAY past his shoulder:) And did we mention that not only did Radisson QUALIFY for the coveted chance to compete at Z2 level at the Dutch National Championships...he came in 6th place, right behind Approved stallions!!!
Rad has one of the most beautiful heads we have ever seen. He has had the same owner from when he wa 3 yrs old, until now!! His linear scores are evidence of 3rd party verification of his STRONG and ideal gaits...he scored 7's for "type", "build" , "step" and his "trot"! He is showing 4th level, and if not sold, Janna willl be showing him this spring:)
