Dolce is an unbelievable 8 year old gelding: Tamme x Gerlof x Naen, born the 19th of April, 1997. He is 1.62 m, which means he is just under 16 hands. Dolce' has a lot of experience under the saddle in NUMEROUS settings. He was shown sucessfully in L2 level [1st Level] and is allowed to start in the M level [2nd Level] . Also, this handsome fella performed several times per year in a quadrille with 7 other friesians. Dolce' is very cool in the head--not a spooky unpredictable horse! He is a very good horse for beginners, pleasure riding or driving, and is excelling in dressage--heck, he has the points in L level dressage to prove it!
Tall [but not TOO tall!], Dark, and Handsome, Dolce' is an extraordinary Friesian--and he KNOWS it! Dolce' is a perfect age-with tons of experience, and he is a cross between a baroque and sporthorse build. He has a beautifully arched neck, and could be used for a variety of disciplines. Dolce's small head and chiseled face make him look like a statue...surreal.
He has deep trusting eyes that look into yours for affection. Dolce' has a great mind and his easy going disposition suits all levels of riders. He is currently SHOWING in 1st level dressage, and has the potential to go far in dressage, as a trail companion, or as a ride and drive horse.
Dolce' is very easy to ride by ALL levels of riders, and he is equally pleasant to work with on the ground. And look at his fairytale looks, Dolce' has a mane that NEVER ENDS!!
