Jet Black and Handsome, Luutson is an extraordinary Friesian--and he KNOWS it! Luutson is a very experienced well trained 10 yr old gelding, and he has a tall athletic sporthorse build with amazing long hair. And Luutson has points in L level dressage that indicates he has a fantastiic dressage foundation. This is an experienced dressage horse that has competed successfuly at Training and First Levels.
Luutson has a beautifully arched neck, and could be used for a variety of disciplines, and has experience doing everything under the sun....from being a carirage horse, driving in a pair and in a 4 in hand, used for dressage, pleasure riding in the streets of Friesland-WEAVING THROUGH TRAFFIC, and hacking out on the trails. Luutson has a beautiful small head, chiseled face, and a long wavy forlock and mane.
Luutson has deep trusting eyes that look into yours for affection. He has a great mind and his easy going disposition suits all levels of riders. Luuutson is a versatile, older, experienced, well trained gelding that has the potential to go far in dressage, saddleseat, as a trail companion, or as a ride and drive horse.
Luutson is not one of those lazy friesians.....he is FORWARD moving, but not TOO forward, never needing a whip or spurs. He LIKES to work! Luutson is very easy to ride by ALL levels of riders, and he is equally pleasant to work with on the ground. And look at his fairytale looks, Luutson is one HANDSOME BOY!!!

Luutson is at our Sonoma Wine Country stable currently and is being ridden by a Dutch dressage rider , Wendy, who is OVER 6'2" inches TALL.
