You NEED to check out Helmet,  a GORGEOUS 16.1 hand boy I rode  when I was in the Netherlands, and was able to negotiate an excellent  purchase price on recently, and hence a GREAT BUY FOR YOU on a gorgeous Friesian sired by the famous Julius and out of a mare by Piter.

I am passing  the savings on this gentle giant  to whoever  decides to  take the plunge and  buy this VERY sweet FRIESIAN boy with a heart of GOLD, that LOVES going on trails and pleasure rides, AND has a solid dressage foundation!!

If you have been looking for a SOLID CITIZEN, with thorough pre purchase exam and radiographs available for review with your vet, Helmet might be THE horse for you, as Helmet has a stellar character and, that “Black Labrador” personality is important in our Black Sterling boys! You won’t find a SAFER, easy to ride, GOOD THINKING boy anywhere!!

Jet black, ideal conformation, super easy to sit.  Always ridden by amateur/novice riders, and  VERY suitable for a beginner rider, or child.  You can see in the video just how easy he is to take ANYWHERE!!!

You will really enjoy your time in the saddle on Helmet.  He is  now 16.1 hands, and still growing. Helmet is uncomplicated, responsive, easy on the bit, never to fast, not too slow, has an excellent whoa, and  is super on a trail by himself. No whip or spurs needed, and he has 3 very good gaits, and we think  will be successful in any discipline---he has an excellent work ethic!!

We will have a brand new physical exam with flexion testing and lameness exam done specifically for YOU, at your time of purchase, so you KNOW he is 100% sound and healthy!  Xrays have already been done and are excellent--available for review with your vet.

He stems from the GOLD STANDARD stam line 50, which has produced more approved stallions than any other! 

If you are looking for a VERY nice to ride uncomplicated Friesian with an EXCELLENT temperament, Helmet is a GOOD one, and reasonably priced  including import and quarantine to JFK. Airfare to Chicago and LAX are 2k more.
