Onyx came to our partner's stable in the Netherlands  as a young stallion. After a light start, and a few competitions where he did very well, we saw that he could quickly do some harder dressage work and very quickly he progressed up the levels and was able to compete with the warmbloods and BEAT them in Z/ZZ level (3rd and 4th level dressage). 

This is one TALENTED young stallion, with a heart of gold, that LIKES to work---his work ethic is second to none! 

His talent stands out, there is nothing he can’t do! 

He wants to work every day, but at the same time Onyx has a very sweet character, and likes to go into the forest and to the beach, and on long relaxed trail rides.

As a 7 yr old,  he won bronze at the EC Friesian Competition, a year later he won bronze at the EC Friesian Show at Intermediare 2/GP and 5th place at the Dutch Championships in Intermediare 2/Grand Prix together.

At this moment he has a lot of points in GP level (scoring ABOVE 62% consistently) and SEVERAL victories, also at Grand Prix against the warmbloods.

Yes, that's right---a friesian can beat  the warmbloods in Grand Prix dressage and NOT cost 150-200K!

This stallion has already more than proven himself in the sport. He is a willing horse with enough temperament for the highest level.

You dont have to be a professional to ride him, he is very sweet! If an amateur or junior rider can walk/trot/canter, they can ride this Grand Prix Friesian stallion for sale in a snaffle just fine---he pays NO attention to other horses, or that LOUD orchestra playing, he is very light to ride! 

He has a lot of ability to collect and can also stretch very well.

He is easy to ride, and gets 8/9’s for the Piaffe/Passage and extended trot!!!!
