Bottega is a 5 year old SUPER SWEET Friesian boy, out of an extremely talented STER and SPORT dam.

He has dressage show experience in 1st-2nd level but due to covid, hasnt had the opportunity to demonstrate that he is actually now a MUCH higher in training!!!

Here is a Very very sweet, well behaved, easy to handle, CONFIDENCE BUILDER type friesian. Good for dressage riders that dont want  a push ride; Bottega WANTS to work for you, and the Judges LIKE his gaits, always scoring in the 60's and low 70's!!!

When you have him running free he is very happy---running and bucking and jumping.

But as soon as you work with him he is super focused and sweet. He has a canter to die for! No whip or spurs needed, this fella is sensitive to aids and responsive.

Nice trot with easy half passes and leg yields and shoulder in. Light in the hand and moves easily off the leg. We have small children sitting on him----and he is one of the SAFEST boys in our barn to have kids sit on!

Good X- Ray's with no remarks! (no OC or OCD fragments!).

Bottega is TALL, measuring 168 cm, which translates to 16.2 hands.

His pedigree is textbook perfect....he is out of a STER and SPORT mother, Grandmother is STER, Gr Grandmother is Ster +Pref, and Gr Gr Grandmother is STER.

He is very uncomplicated to ride!  He would make a great mount for an amateur or junior rider wanting a dressage horse that can really EXCEL---.  He has lots of show experience and is very beautiful!!!

His athletic build make him very well suited for the competition arena, as evidenced by his multitude of accomplishments already, winning in dressage. 

Not only does Bottega have experience competing in dressage, but also TRAIL riding and he has extensive driving experience!
