This mare is beautiful with LONG hair. And so VERY sweet. Registered as Aaltje, she is now around 165 cm tall. She had a nice and healthy foal sired by Menne this year, so she is a PROVEN PRODUCER! She was presented previously for Star and she just came a little bit short both times to make it. She is a 3rd premium Studbook mare--we think she was a little intimidated by the crowds at the keuring, and therefore didnt really show her beautiful trot. We think Anais IS ster quality. And yes, she is really pretty!!
She is lovely to ride on trails. She is quite tall –with stallion looks and has a very long mane and forelock!!!!
The icing on the cake is.... this is a TREMENDOUS 2 for 1 value!!! Anais will give you a foal by the approved stallion, Menne 496, located in Europe, due 2nd of May (she was inseminated June 2nd)!!!! Menne 496 has started his dressage career energetically and obtained the Sport predicate in 3rd level dressage.
Menne 496 is at the front of ALL APPROVED stallions in the competition every year at the HK in Leeuwarden. He is a bit of a diesel, once he gets going, he runs better lap after lap without one wrong step. He has an elegant front, a high and far reaching foreleg and a sublime use of the hindleg. In 2018 he made it to Overall Reserve Champion and in 2020 Menne 496 was also 3rd in the Championship ring! We cant WAIT to see Anais’s foal, due this spring, sired by champion Menne 496!!!
