Ciska is a tremendous FULL PEDIGREE STER MARE, the CREME de la CREME, with a pedigree that rivals one of the best in the country. She is a 15.3 hand Friesian mare of perfect proportions. Ciska is sired by the great Wander son Doaitson, who is in Holland. We bought Ciska because we were so impressed by her performance at the keuring recently, where she was crowned GRAND CHAMPION!!!!
Ciska would be an excellent addition to any top notch breeding program, but we have concentrated on her own sport capabilities and she is very well trained both to ride AND drive. A tremendous mover, a Friesian mare with classic looks and really amazing cadence to her gaits, even the vet that performed her recent pre-purchase commented on her outstanding power from behind, and natural elasticity and balance. This fully papered mare from Europe has a motherline that is VERY productive, as her dam is STER , grandmother is Ster , and great grandmother is Ster ....indicating Ciskas motherline consists of dams that are STER themselves!!..... passing on their exceptional conformation and movement from generation to generation.
