FAXON - SOLD
Faxon is a deep black Friesian filly whose coat resists fading even though she spends time in the sun every day.
She is by Sibald out of a full papered Wander x Tsjerk x Oege mare. Oege is known as the "hair man", he nearly always passes on long long hair--and he is our favorite approved stallion of all time. Oege Pref is no longer living. Faxon ties, leads, loads into the trailer, enjoys baths, hoof trimming, and being caught by people.
She has truly beautiful conformation and excellent feet; she is lovely in every way. This filly has lots of common sense and she is a quick learner.
She is really a great yearling filly.... One of our favorites! Her registered name is Famke, which means “Little Girl” in Dutch. This mare conformation is really superb-- and boy, is she gonna be TALL, with a momma well over 16 hands.
The last 3 photos listed above are of Faxon's mother.
Faxon's mother, Namke Siduna, is by Wander (the stallion featured in the movie "Bedazzled" with Brandon Frazier), and she is out of a dam by Tsjerk and a grand dam by Oege-Pref. Namke Siduna's bloodlines are a combination of three great stallions that are known to compliment one another in a pedigree.
And, as one would expect of this combination of sires, Namke's daughter, Faxon, is a great beauty with three long striding and powerful gaits. Namke is more than full papered, and from stam 50. This stam is sometimes referred to as "the winningest stam line" because there are more champions of keurings, champions of shows, model mares, and approved stallions from this stam line than from any other.
Faxon, meaning "long hair" in German, is registered as Famke fan Morningstar
Note, Faxon's Great grandmother had 6 offspring that became STER and Great Great Grandmother had 9 offspring that became STER---- this is one prolific motherline full of STER predicates, indicative of high quality!!!
Already registered and microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and worming.
This one will NOT last!
