Marcel is six years old and is one of the sweetest, kindest, MOST easy going horses in the barn.

This boy is LAID BACK.  If you are looking for a horse that is gentle, NOT spooky, EASY to sit, and appropriate for even a rank beginner, then Marcel is your boy. If you lose your balance, Marcel will actually stop, and wait for you to regain your composure:)

 Marcel has produced many offspring which have all inherited his temperament and movement, however if you prefer a him to be a gelding, we are happy to  take care of that for you. 

Marcel has the temperament and attitude of our most bombproof geldings... he is THAT easy, and we don't mind if his new forever owner keeps him a stallion or gelds him (as he is not an approved breeding stallion, and was previously used for cross breeding).

Marcel is extremely friendly and even though he is a stallion----- he acts like a gelding--- and is the first to meet you in the pasture! He is also quite the gentlemen to the ladies. Marcel is a purebred friesan son of Anton 343 and was a national grand champion as a 1 year old. He has inherited the long flowing mane and tail from his father and grandfather, Oege Pref and the conformation needed for an approved stallion. His mother is also a STER preferent mare, which only 3% of mares receive.

He is currently well trained to ride, going  First Level dressage AND we ride him western and bareback!  He has the disposition and temperament the Friesian breed is known for.
