Leaving SFO take Interstate Highway 380 west to Highway 280 North

Stay to your left onto 19th Ave which will take you across the Golden Gate Bridge (Highway 101/1 North)

Follow Hwy 101 north Approximately 20 miles to Highway 37 east-towards Vallejo, Napa , and Sonoma, turn RIGHT on Hwy 37

Approximately 10 miles and at the second stop light on Hwy 37, turn left on Hwy 121 North to Sonoma/Napa

Continue on Hwy 121 North approximately 5 miles to Meadowlark Lane (look for Country Antiques and the Fruit Basket), turn LEFT on Meadowlark Lane {if you get to a 3 way stop, you went TOO FAR!}

Meadowlark Lane dead ends at Wine Country Ct, turn Left
