Breanne is a TALL studbook mare that is currently in foal to the "hot new man" at Iron Springs Farm, Meinse!!!
She is from a "full papered" pedigree of many generations of star, model, and preferent grand dams, and is stam 38.
Breanne's maternal grandmother is the dam of the approved breeding stallions Tsjerk and Djurre.
This is one well bred mare:)
Breanne is in foal to Meinse 439. Meinse is the son of the late Heinse, and this newly approved stallion has a fantastic attitude toward work. His walk is spacious and clean. His trot is active and strong with very good use of his hind legs. His gaits are known for being very strong and pure. The stallion committee praised the versatility of this approved stallion. He produces offspring with a lot of suppleness and the correct type (conformation) for upper level dressage, as well as producing very good Friesians for driving.
Breanne is by Pyt, a stallion known for good height (Breanne is 16.1 hands tall) and no longer living. Her mother's sire is Feitse Pref.
Of all the mares we have known, none can compare in coat color to Breanne, who has the deepest blue black coat of them all. It does not fade in summer, no matter how hot the summer, even though she doesn't spend much time in the shade. She enjoys spending time out in the sun, although shade is available for her. This unfading coat is something that one has to witness to believe, as ordinarily all black horses will fade if they receive enough of a beating from sun and sweat. Her coat color is a unique quality that Pyt passed on to some of his offspring.
Breanne is a joy to ride or to drive, as she is very soft mouthed, responsive, forward, yet gentle. This is one NICE all around family/pleasure/trail/dressage horse. We use Breanne in our dressage lesson program---she is that easy for ANYONE to ride:)
And don't forget--=--Breanne is a tremendous 2 for 1 value!!!!
Breanne is in foal to Meinse for a foal expected in April of 2010.--see the photo of her unborn foal on the 2nd page of her photos.
Meinse 439 began the 2010 show season with big wins. Meinse 439 claimed the Second Level Reserve Championship and High Score Non-Warmblood at Ocala Winter Dressage. The six-year-old KFPS stallion followed that up with wins in both of his Second Level classes at American Dressage Concours with scores to 70.714%.
Breanne's previous foals also have coats that resist fading in the sun, like hers. And boy,she has super nice babies! This mare gets pregnant on the first try every time! As you can see, her family tree has many very excellent horses in it, as well.
